First, In order to become a part of the Parman Financial Trading team you must meet several requirements.
Our Traders:
Parman Financial has a staff of some of the most knowledgeable and friendly group of traders that you will ever have the opportunity to work with.
Each one of our traders must have at least 2 years of independent trading under their belt in order to be eligible to join this division of Parman Financial. Next, Parman Financial reviews the account statements to ensure that 1) They are legitimate and 2) They are profitable.
Once the trader's history has been verified, they must now pass a series of 6 written exams that consistent of 2 fundamental and 4 technical exams broken down into sections that deal with terminology, entry and exit strategies, pattern recognition, money management and risk analysis. They must score at least 70% in order to move on to the next exam.
The final test is a verbal exam on the trader's understanding and application of various financial markets, how they affect one another, what strategies generally work in certain markets, what strategies don't work in certain markets and most importantly the trader must be able to explain all of this information with a friendly attitude and in a way that anyone can understand.
